14th Atlanta Francophonie Festival March 16- 24

January 2013

Welcome to the 14th Atlanta Francophonie Festival March 16 through March 24.
The multi-cultural event is geared to Atlanta’s diverse community of French-speakers – known as francophones – and everyone wishing to discover cultures around the world where French is spoken; 56 countries in all.

Highlights include an Academy-award nominated animated film from Belgium and France, A Cat in Paris, shown on March 23 at 6:00 pm and an award-winning film from Switzerland, Real Life is Elsewhere, on March 22 at 7:00 pm. All films are free and are shown at the Alliance Française in Midtown with English sub-titles.

On March 24, an elegant friendship brunch provides an opportunity to mingle and connect with Atlanta’s French-speaking community in all its diversity.
